Fitment is pretty straightforward. Costs less than half the price of a full Akra system and it shows. Everywhere. Bolts are too long, things don't line up exactly and the side stand bangs against the exhaust pipe. Typical work of Italian morons. Looks a bit cheapish too IMO.
It's stainless and carbon and saves a good few KGs of weight. Not as much an Akra. The sound is good but really loud with the dB killers installed. Without the dB killers the noise is deeper and insanely loud. Blows out your eardrums with a helmet on.
I did a test ride with the stock mapping. Nothing more misleading than noise but it feels like the low end between 3000 and 4500 RPM improved clearly. Smoother too with better rideability. Midrange feels the about the same. I'm not sure about the top end. But seat of pants dynos' are worst kind so lets wait for some real figures. And some runs with the Akra fuel map after that. But it's no match for a full Akra system, that much is sure.
First time I heared a 690 with a real nasty bark. Nice! (but way too much)
