Kawasaki keulan erikoistyökalu 57001-1057

Mahtaisiko kenelläkään olla Kawan keulaputken pitimen 57001-1057 mittoja? Pitäisi saada teleskoopit purettua. Pulttipyssyllä ei auennut vaan pyöri läpi. Ja tässä keulamallissa ei käy improvisoitu työkalu missä hitsataan sopiva mutteri kiinni terästankoon.

Koitas laittaa jousi sisään ja pyydä laveria painamaan keulaputkea kasaan kun avaat pultti. Tai vedä kuormaliinalla. Se juosipaine pitää sisäkalut todella hyvin paikallaan.

Alkuperäisessä kysymyksessä mainitsin tästä jotain. Ovat ilmeisesti laittaneet ruuvilukitetta kasausvaiheessa.

Tuossa oli ihan teko-ohjeetkin.:thumbup:

A friend of a friend gave me a piece of 3/4 inch ( 19.02 mm ) square bar stock. I scribed the 10 mm x 18 mm x 25 mm tall trapazoid on one face of the bar. I cut two pieces of aluminium angle and placed them over the jaws of my vise. I clamped the square stock such that one of the long lines was even with the top edge of the aluminium. With an angle grinder I ground away all the metal above the aluminium . ( The grinder "grabs" when it hits the aluminium thus making it easy to know when to stop grinding.) Turned the bar over and repeated. Remove the bar from the vise and scribed another 10 x 18 x 25 trapazoid on one of the freshly ground sides. Again clamped the long line even with the top edge of the aluminium. Grind once more - turn over again - and grind the fourth side. Made the whole thing a little prettier with a belt sander.

OK tuota pitää kokeilla
 
Jeps, tein työkalun 17 mm. kuusiokoloavaimesta johon sopii kiinni puolen tuuman väännin. Hiotaan kuusiokolo kartioksi reilu mm. särmältään, itse tein kuusikulmaisen. Pari jatkovartta kiinni ja sisäkalut pysyy paikallaan. Hyvin aukesi, ei ollut tiukkakaan loppujen lopuksi.
