Hei all.

I have recently acquired a Honda mbx 125 for about 200e.
I was considering to fully restore it over the next year and then register it in the museum registration as it's a 30 year old bike.
Then to sell it.

What I am wondering is, is there much of a market for restored classic 125s in Finland or should I just do it up a little to sell instead of a full restore?

no market. Save your pennies.

125's are usually totally worn out at every piece. It's best to find the best example to start with. and usually it only makes sense for own collection. And even then it's best to buy some project that is 95% done already and continue from there.

Even at 1000cc museum bikes, to my mind the prices are so low, that it's best to buy ready made bike.

So the market is there, but it's a buyers market.
